		<description>As an addendum Mac folk have a handy-dandy desktop/menu-bar app and Quicksilver plugin that will post simultaneously to Skype, Twitter, Jaiku, Facebook status, Adium and iChat in one fancy blast. It won't pull in random people's tweets, but hey, who wants to? The name's MoodBlast.

On a less smug note I liked your idea about the lifestream, though, Marjolein. Killer hack. I'm really glad you mentioned creating a new, specific Twitter account though. I get quite irritated by the growing number of Twitterers that stuff their tweets with feeds for location, current app etc. It tells me nothing if someone tweets:"Location - New York", or "Currently Running: Firefox".
